Dunn's Equipment

After going to Dunn's a couple of times with non Honda questions, I could see that unless you bought your equipment there you would get no help. I bought a piece of equipment there at a cost of almost $3,000. A couple of months later I had a small problem with the unit. The owner told me to bring it back and they would look at it. So I am supposed to lug a 275 lb item back to the store. I figured he would say to me that if I was wrong in my assumption about the problem, I would have to pay for the pickup and delivery. The owner told me to bring it back and walked away. I heard similar stories from others after I made my purchase. Even though the owner is abrasive the manager is a very helpful and curtious person. I will still never go back there. "Fool me once."

Parts are outrageously priced !!!!! $ 7 for a spark plug, robbery !!!! $150 to tune a hand mower!!! wow !!!!!! service is way over priced !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charges 2-4 times "over" retail for parts, outrageous service costs, will render equipment "unrepairable", that is "repairable", so as to lure customer to purchase new equipment, SHOP around, you'll do much better !!
