From the first session up until the very last, they never failed to amaze me with the level of care and customer service they offer.

If i could give it less, I would. I have been there 4 times and the minimum wait time was 1 hour. The last appointment I had, I had to leave work early for and after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the Dr. I left. When I went to the front desk to say that I had to leave, the acted as though it was an inconvenience to them. Forget the fact that I missed and hour pay or the fact that noone checked in on me. They offered no apologies and noone from their office bothered to contact me to see what they could do to get me seen and soon. Too bad though, Dr. Mellul is a pretty nice guy and I would have loved to stick with him, but why should I have to waste so much of my time waiting?!
