Very Convenient Service
Love this site -- I use it every day for lunch. I especially like the ability to keep a personal list of favorite orders and restaurants. I found the customer service was helpful even on occasions where I've had a dud order. Consider me a repeat customer.

Its all about Seamless at this point as this delivery service has become more atrocious as time has progressed. The options are becoming fewer and less stellar while the site has not endured as many updates as one might want. The customer service is not that great so if the site breaks, its your fault more than it is theirs. Be weary and if worst comes to worse, then call the restaurant directly.

They screwed up my order and there was no phone number on their site. I had to submit a form and then they never got back to me! Complete bummer. I've ordered online from other sites and it works fine as long as thet have good custoemr service like seamless web or others but I have to hate on delivery.com.

I ordered food from DeliveryCom for the Green Kitchen. First of all the delivery man took my 40.00 cash and then went back and told the owner I didn't pay him. I called deliveryCom to file a complaint and not only was the woman rude but she started giving me details of her discussion with the owner. She was defending him as if I had seriously not paid the delivery guy. Then proceeds to tell me it's not of their concern it is between me and the restaurant. What a hassle! Do not order from deliveryCom their idiots and run this place out of a garage. Horrible customer service and just nasty. Don't order from the Green Kitchen as their delivery person steals cash and then says you didn't pay. TRUST ME I DID PAY. Even gave the guy a big tip.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, CHARGES FOR ITEMS NEVER DELIVERED
I purchased Ideeli's vouchers for http://Delivery.com
When I actually went to use them, the site would show you that applied the voucher, but then when it came to pay, it bounced back to the full amount of the order. a BAIT & SWITCH.
When I tried to write and call them several times, I was just put on hold over and over again by the 'manager'.
When they called me back the next day, it was 3 calls of pure static.
When I actually received the order, items were missing.
I have written/called six times now and they refuse to acknowledge or refund my items.
BUYER BEWARE.

Never Never Again...
The way this company does business is pretty sleazy. I ordered and item at the listed price, and then a side order. They forgot the side order, and when I called and told them to take what they forgot to deliver off my bill, they said I should have been charged more and told me the company made a mistake with the pricing. They then refused to give me credit for the side order I didn't get. If that isn't sleazy, I don't know what is. I will NEVER order from them again. That price has been there all along, and the price listed is the price they should honor.

Not the best Customer Service
Was charged extra a week after I ordered the food, without any sort of explanation. I have no problem paying extra for any additional things ordered in the note area, but I would at least expect an email (just like the one they send after you order something- also the email you look at to check and see if your delivery guy has, once again, gone over the hour limit.... ) to let me know they were charging my credit card extra, before calling the credit card company and then calling the delivery.com customer service line only to hear an extremely rude woman on the other end. I give them 3 stars because they can deliver food from places that normally wouldn't, but as far as fast delivery and polite people on the other end are concerned, you may as well be talking to the DMV.

Mismanaged Company
I have been using delivery.com for over 2 years now, I am very happy with the service you provide. I don't understand why the management at Delivery.com allows Village Farm Grocery, to charge more on products sold via delivery.com while the store offers the same products a lot more cheaper, example box of berries on the website at delivery.com are $5.99 and orders over the phone offers the same berries for $1.99. The store claims to give 25% off on the first order via delivery.com, but in reality they offer 25% off on products that already are sold at an inflated prices to offset the discount.
May be, I fail to understand delivery.com's business model but in this case it a no brainer It looks like Village Farm Grocery wants to bypassing the “middleman” Delivery.com and wants customers to buy directly thru their store. As a result of this I still continue to user delivery.com for all my restaurant need but for my grocery needs I shop at Village Farm Grocery directly.

Never Again
I am VERY dissapointed in Delivery.com. I was trying to send a dinner gift to a friend who was stuck working late at a hospital. Something as simple as pizza was apparently too much to handle. I had to call Papa Johns and found out that they didn't even have the order ready and that they claimed to not be aware of Delivery.com. I had to cancel the order because it would NEVER make it to the hospital before she had to start her hour and a half trek home in the snow WITHOUT DINNER.

Dude...
I use the company when I'm at work because like most, I'm glued to my desk for hours on end and I don't really get a chance to get out and dine in. With delivery.com, i can easily order what ever I want and let me tell ya, that's awesome. Saves all kinds of time.

Couldn't live without it
I've used Delivery.com at work and home for the past five years -- and now with a new baby and precious little time to cook, Delivery.com has saved two very exhausted parents on more than one occasion.
Speaking in terms of customer service, I've found them to be by and large satisfactory in attending to my gripes. While I've encountered a few problems on orders (a requested topping left off my sandwich, for instance), such issues have been the exception rather than the norm, and probably par for the course with any website.

inconsiderate
please know that this delivery.com does not ask permission from the restaurants and businesses they place orders from. Leaving us totally in the dark in not cool at all!!!! We need to know what is going on. I am writing this from my work, after delivery.com has caused us problems TWICE now, thanks for not understanding when I tried to explain that you need to communicate with a restaurant before making assumptions! How do you know you have our menu and prices correct? our services and hours ???? Customers get bad at us because of delivery.com, lame!!!!!
