Sudler Partnership was a horrible landlord. They damaged my personal belongings and refused to reimburse me for full cost for the items. Their maintenance employees always tracked dirt and mud into my apartment. I recall one incident where they used one of my dinner plates to catch the frion liquid from an air conditioner (which ruined the finish of the plate) and then had the audacityt throw the dish in my sink for me to clean after I came home from work! I would never refer a friend or even a stranger to rent from these people. They are the definition of slum landlords! ...read more
