My heating system on my new home was not working. Sobieski dispatched service technicians quickly ( < 1 hr). The technicians were able to quickly determine the problem ( clogged drain trap) and correct it. They also conducted a thorough check of other potential issues and found none. Technician arrived on time. The reason for my 1 star review was that I was charged $270 to replace a $4 fuse and put some tape on a few wires. The price was charged base on a price metric and not the actually work done. Need to get rid of metric and price on the complexity and time of work ...read more
