Please be VERY CAREFUL of this company. Look at the reviews that have been written both the Wilmington DE company and Pikesville Md. The positive reviews are almost identical but the names have been changed and they couldnt even spell GEORGE properly. They will travel as far as they need to to collect the check but not issu the certificates. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They represented themselves to be first aid/cpr trainers, arrived over 30 minutes late, completed the training with 13 staff member, asked for a list of the 13 staff members so they could send cards out then never sent us the cards. When we reached them one month later after 10 phone calls, we were told that they sent the cards out and are no longer doing business in NJ and did not know what to do now. They asked me to fax over the names. Not receiving the cards 2 weeks letter I made another dozen phone calls, finally got a call back from the co-owner, Robert, who advised that we cannot have the cards because we did not complete the training, even though we were told by his instructor, Michael, at the training that the training was completed and cards would be forwarded and even when he asked me once again to send the cards.
