Hello to all. We recently rented a property in Rehoboth Beach thru Mann and Sons. The transaction process was easy and uneventful. We were contracted to have the rental property for one week however a hurricane blew thru the first 2 days. There was a declared state of emergency for those days and lost our money. We asked to receive our money back for those lost days. There was a minimal attempt to assist us with this. I had to repeatedly send emails. In Mann and Sons' contract, it has no "State of Emergency" or "Act of God" clause. I was really disappointed with their attempts to help.
