Although I did not buy my hot tub from New Wave, John Hardy has generously saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars through the years. I can call him with my hot tub problem, and he will walk me through possible diagnosis and solutions. He will then send me the appropriate part(s), along with the bill! (I don't even pay him in advance!) John could easily charge me hundreds of dollars just for the site visit alone, as I live in Queenstown, MD, and his company is in Delaware.
