Bought curling iron in April. When I went back a few weeks ago for dryer, I told him ceramic was coming off iron. He said "just bring it back". I went back with it, and he didn't have one on the shelf. Said he'd get me one and call. Waiting 2 weeks...no call. I called him. Said he still didn't have, would call someone again and call me back....still NO call! Went in there yesterday and there was the exact one right on the shelf! Then all of a sudden he said I needed a receipt....said "how do I know you got it here?" He remembered me buying it there when he sold me the dryer! NEVER mentioned I needed to bring in receipt, which I had a home, so I could have brought it! Talks a good game about warranty and service, but then gives you a song and a dance! He's the one that told me to bring it back when I talked about the ceramice coming off! If I'd know he wanted the receipt...I would have brought it!
