I found this appraiser to be not only inaccurate, but quite curt. He doesn't seem to know the area at all. Very disapointed-if you have a choice in the matter choose someone more qualified!!! ...read more

had an appraisal done on my home from this co and I assume they thought it was a forclosure home when they came up with their appraisal. low balled the askig price by$25,000. ( even though we were giving quite a bit of seller assist to the young family wishing to buy it.)
