Sorry I put a 5 rating on last review, first timer. Update now they have TV apart & never once called me with any status. I went in over a month after I dropped it off to pick it up and was told they were planning to call with the re-evaluation estimate after my wife was told by their employee that there was no additional labor just $13.+/- for the additional part they ordered that we never authorized. I want to follow along with the other review of Blue Hen TV. The tech's came out to my house and wrote me a quote of $240.00 for the repair. The tech's told me I should have my tv repaired and back to me in a day or two. Well here it is two weeks later and I am still waiting. I called them today to check on the status and they said that they are waiting on some parts to come in that would have to be special ordered. They told me they parts weren't made anymore and they would have to get a refurbished one. Just on a whim after reading the previous review I asked them how much this was going to cost. They told me $600.00, that is a FAR CRY from the $240.00 that I was quoted two weeks prior. No attempt was made from Blue Hen TV to call me to let me know about the price change.
