Southern Meadow is a charming resort style community nestled in the heart of Central Delaware. They offer such high quality home at low prices with many features that most builders would normally offer as expensive upgrades. The low monthly fee includes land lease, lawn maintenance, sewer service, trash removal, and full access to all the beautiful amenities for me and my guests. The accessibilty of shopping and entertainment venues, as well as medical, religious, and government services here in the Dover area is incomparable. Virtually every service imaginable is at my fingertips. I have been blessed here with so many wonderful neighbors and friends. Whether we are all partying together at community events, chatting over coffee at the Clubhouse, visiting each other in our homes, or discussing issues with the management at meetings, there is always a sense of comradery, contentment, and serenity here in this little village. ...read more
