I've been to some bad music stores, but this was THE WORST. TERRIBLE customer service, this man, who i believe was the owner, was the RUDEST, MEANEST, HARSHEST person i've ever met, I've never had a salesman cuss me out before! I entered Keyboard America a few months ago (I actually believe the name of the company is Keyboardamerica.com, because that's what reads on the sign as the company name without the "a" in America even being capitalized) and I went in just to browse a little. Being to many other music stores before, I felt playing the instruments a little bit was no problem, but not in this store. I was interrupted in a rather harsh tone by whom I believe was the owner and was told the products were demo only. He then walked away, Failing to even "demo" a product for me!
