My husband and I have been waiting a year + for this man to file his,"proper paperwork." A YEAR PLUS. Upon first introduction to this man, he labeled my husband a rapist and abuser with ZERO documentation to support his vicious lies. My husband was tired of his behavior so he scheduled an appointment to meet with Andrade, wherein my husband recorded their 44 minute conversation. Besides telling my husband their meeting was to remain unbeknownst to Judge Nicholas, Andrade proceeded to apologize to my husband for creating false allegations in court. In Andrade's own words,"We did what we had to do so the ball would be in my client's court." Finally Andrade admitted his wrongdoings but now what? My husband is still without his son.
