We hired AD-CON Company to replace our front steps and sidewalk. David, the owner was very helpful and explained everything to us during the estimate. We love his honest, straight forward assessment of our water problem caused by our front stoop and steps. Not only was he the only contractor to address the water issue (we had 3) he went above and beyond the scope of work by moving several of my beloved plants and bushes so they didn't get damaged and replanted them where I wanted, he also put our down spouts under ground to deflect all water away from our house and new concrete. Replanted the grass in yard where it was removed or damaged too. We will be hiring AD-CON again for our back patio next spring. We recommend this company to anyone who wants honest quality work. The "cleaning" left unsightly water and dirt stains on our sofa. Dan (the owner) repeatedly promised to return to correct the issue and never showed up. We had to hire another company to reclean the sofa, they said the equipment used by the company was insufficient for the job and too much water was used. This is not a reputable company ...read more
