I dropped off the rims and tires from my motorhome on a Friday afternoon @ 3 pm. and was to have new tires mounted on my rims, I was told that the work would take an hour or so to be completed. They close at 5:30 so i said that I would return the next morning to pick them up. Upon returning the next morning at 9:00am (they open at 7:30) my tires were not mounted and I was told that they had lost the work order so they pushed them aside. Long story short, I did not get tires from them, I purchased tires from TIRETEAM.COM and they were over one hundred dollars apiece cheaper even after having them mounted and balanced. I feel I was put off because none of the young workers in the garage wanted to handle the large size and weight of the motorhome rims and tires. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! ...read more
