POOR or should I say NO service whatsoever.I have been waiting for my Taxes to be prepared for over 8 months now . lady at office keeps lying about all aspects of tax returns. James will not return phone calls at all.asked for w-2 back , no answers, no paperwork, no returns , even saw other people at office trying to get their own taxes, What is going on with this person??????
