Do not live at 4235 Alton place. This old man that rents out his home to students, and comes off as a nice grandpa type, but he is crazy. He is getting older and is getting delusional. Sadly he is loosing touch with reality, and really needs a caretaker. I have no personal vendetta against this man, but students should no longer live in this home. DO NOT GO HERE, seriously. They make you pay more by not listening to your needs and priorities. Horrible staff -- they simply ignore your requests when you press them to answer critical questions and admit their negligence. Even though they advertise themselves as specializing in preventive care, they do not know well about the Affordable Care Act, order exams that are not covered under the Act, and make you pay for them. ...read more
