Hello, I am looking to sell my car that is a 2002 Mercedes Benz that was running perfectly 2 weeks ago, but suddenly the ignition of the key got locked and could not move it or turn the car on. A mechanic came to check the car out and think the car issue is in the key. I went and bought the newer the key, but still was not working. The car recognized the key but does not unlock the ignition part. The car has a flat tire as well and few damages from a hit and run in front of my building. The car was appraised as it is to be towed at $1550 and I am asking for $1000. All the parts are working perfectly.. However, I can’t afford to fix anything right now. This company is ridiculous they hang up their phones when you call they are very unprofessional I was hit by one of their drivers on 1/20/16 he admitted fault and then denied it to his insurance stating that he hit me in the rear because I was in his lane I have a witness that wasn't the case the sad thing is the damages were $1098 and he could've just claimed it and paid but now I have to fight to get a judgement. If this company will admit and then deny fault I would suggest you not doing business with them they seem fraudulent and may not have enough liability coverage if they tow your vehicle if something were to happen. ...read more
