I have rarely continued to do business with a company that so disregards the customer as Windsor Sanitation - but there is no other choice ion my town for trash hauling. They do not return phone call. They either do not pick up or take your can if you are late with a payment and refuse to call customers on the phone to remind them of payments due. After 14 years with this company, I have only had to contact them a handful of times.
