i have read all of the negative review's about pc warehouse, and they are absolutely not true. I've done business with pc warehouse for more than ten years, Robert Sa and is tech's to me spend more time working with the public to solve whatever computer problem or issue that the customer my have with their systems. AND LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR TO ALL THAT ARE TRYING TO GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT A BAD NAME, I'M A TECH TOO I HAVE WORK BESIDE THEM AND THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES WITH COMPUTER'S. BY THE WAY THERE IS NO LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. When you bring your system there they explain to you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to repair it. they always ask the customer's if they were able to back up their data, and if they were unable to pc warehouse does their best to retrieve it for you. Here's my problem with computer users. Why do pc users WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AFTER THE SYSTEM CRASHS TO TRY AND BACKUP THEIR DATA. No it's so much easier to blame the techs who also try and save it for them but guess what it's to late. When a hard drive crash's it's done. So blame yourself not pc warehouse, their there to only help you. It seems that many "tech's" just don't have what it takes to deal with the average consumer. There is a language problem when dealing with the owners, man and woman, who have very thick accents and have a problem articulating what is and will happen with the repair process.There is a Tech in the back who started using a used car medafore and offered me a remedy for my situation before I had fully explained myself. I know they have vastly more knowage then I do, but I don't need to be talked down to in the first 30 seconds of a conversation. Something is not right at that business. ...read more
