Attorney Ward II is completely incompetent and should not be handling arbitration cases. The day of my divorce arbitration he started off the meeting by stating that he did not have much experience in this area. That was a major understatement. He wasted 40 minutes trying to get organized and then proceede to waste 30 minutes discussing matters that were not of his concern. A waste of time, money and energy. Run away as quickly as you can. Or take your time as Attorney Ward II wouldn't be able to follow you as he can barely make his way out of the conference room to the lobby without doing something stupid. He should be banned from practice He only cares about eating up your retainer, not doing what is just or ethical. She has to be the rudest, laziest lawyer in all of CT. Unfortunately it wasn't my choice to work with her, I was ""assigned"" to her office as part of my former landlord's foreclosure. Getting a response from anyone at this firm is like pulling teeth. Oh no wait, you get a phone call (a nasty phone call from the HBIC) when it's time to collect money from you, otherwise you rarely get any kind of ""help"". She says she is going to get things done, then nothing happens.
