Whatever you do...do not ever consider having these people do your taxes, they do not know what they are doing!!! I made the BIG MISTAKE of going there, on top of filing my taxes wrong, they got my name and address wrong on the amendment forms they had to file correcting their mistakes. They actually asked me to call the IRS to ask how to file a certain form, can you believe!!!! They are nothing but incompetent and should be shut down! These people need to be tested and registered before they can be allowed to prepare taxes. They should refund the money they charged me ($360.00) considering the work and aggravation they put me through dealing with them and all the mistakes they made...I actually had to call the IRS for direction because they (H & R Block) didn't know what to do!!! ...read more
