Hired Joe last spring just do some flower/shrub beds around my house and mulch. he's a bit gruff to talk to and I honestly had doubts. He did the job he was hired to do and did it well. by the end of the year he was doing my weekly cuts a full fertilizer program and protected my family with tick control.
