I visited the Citizens Bank at Price Chopper in Southington Ct on 11/22/11 at 3:30pm. I was greeted by a polite associate (a young, tall, lean gentleman with dark hair). I explained to him,, that I had an account with my grandmather & asked if he could help me. He took my license into the back area and returned with a tall husky gentleman with very short hair & a young lady with dark hair who provided me with her name (Cassandra) during a phone call I made afterwards to request her name. As Casandra came from the back room, she adressed me in a loud voice stating: "Here is your license back... as I explained to your mother yesterday, we can't help you without The original Death Certificate and a Letter from probate." I asked her to please stop shouting, as I did not want the customers behind me to hear any more. Cassandra continued to yell & we ended the worst expierience I have ever had in a bank. I am calling on Wednesday at 9:50a.m. You are on speaker phone while I am typing. I have not reached a person in over 20 minutes . The phone is ringing and only one recording stating my call is being transferred. What is wrong with this picture? I am thinking this is not the bank for me. I have now been waiting since 10:30a.m. Pick up your phone!!
