I went to this verizon wireless location after my phone recently broke and needed a new phone. The two seperate sales reps I spoke with were rude and unhelpful to me. The woman charged me for two different things on my reciept that she led me to believe I would not be charged for. She was rude and rushed me the entire time I was there. When I asked her to explain the differences between certain phones she was not able to tell me anything and just led me to a more expensive phone. I have had to return to the store on 3 seperate occasions to fix the false charges. I would strongly reccommend going to the Verizon Wireless in buckland hills mall, the service is much better and the staff is more knowledgable on their products. ...read more
