Total Mechanical Systems were extremely professional from the beginning to end. They explained everything with detail and maintained a clear communication and provided clarity with each step through the whole process. Mark made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to have them service my home and install AC and Ryan and Joe were the icing on the cake with their professionalism and cleanliness. They treated our home with dignity and respect. Ryan and Joe were very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner while maintaining a friendly attitude. I personally liked how they cared for our floor and maintaining our house clean by wearing booties over their shoes and laying out mats to ensure no damage was done to my furniture or home. I also really appreciated their punctuationality for arriving and leaving at the time that was agreed on. We've dealt with 3 gentlemen at Solvit Home Services so far and they were all respectful, courteous, and cared about what they were doing and how they were doing it for us. We had one little problem with one of the handles being installed incorrectly, and they gladly sent someone out a few days later to quickly get it fixed. I really enjoyed the crew that came out. We've used their services twice, and in the first time, they repaired the leaky drain under the kitchen sink, which required a lot of work. Recently, they came and installed a new kitchen faucet. The guys that are coming out to do the work, and even the office people that I've been speaking to to set up appointments, seem to really care about what you need done. Solvit Home Services are really wonderful. We've had their service for quite a while. They replaced our furnace, they maintain the furnace and air conditioner, and they've done some plumbing. I can't say enough about them. The techs who come out are really good. I feel very comfortable with them. It's expensive, but we have a service plan which helps. I recommend that. They come through and do what is necessary, and they do a professional job. ...read more
