Asked for a six pack of Coors light bottles WARM this afternoon they sold me cold beers. I back inside to let them know they would be in the car all day and I did not want them to spoil which is the exact reason I originally ASKED for them to be WARM. The owner/manager proceeded to let me know that it is not true, that he has been in the business for thirty years. Yet, he did say they do spoil when it is 85-90 degrees outside. So, first you have contradicted yourself and more importantly you were speaking to a customer as if I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. If you have been in business for 30 years as you claim then CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important aspect of any business. Unfortunately, your not a respectful business man so all and everyone I know who has or may patronize your business will no longer. Take a lesson from a woman who has been in a family business much longer than 30 years and has never treated a customer as you had today.
