I had a unit here for years. There was water leaking in the unit and I told the guy who was working, he guy came down and seen that there was water damage took pictures and said they would call me when they found another unit available. No call ever came. After a month I called and was told there was still no units. Another month went by still no call. I called back was told there was a unit, but that they couldn't hold it for me so if I didn't have time to get there before another customer I wouldn't get it. They sold that to another customer, again I waited. After almost 6 months I finally got moved to another unit after all the pictures and childhood stuff of my family was ruined from this companies terrible service. All I got for this was a 1 month $30 credit for the trouble and told I should file an insurance claim. The insurance does not cover sentimental value items.
