I would not waste my time here. Thier process is worse then applying for a mortgage. They let you fall in love with the animal and then find a typo on your application to deny you and judge you as some animal hater. We forgot to list a dog we had for 3 weeks a few year back and I guess that was a sign of animal crulty? 3 hours it took.
