From start to finish Planet Self Storage was an enjoyable experience. I called because we were looking to create room in our house so we could put it on the market. I had seen their flyer in the Library, and gave a call, from answering the phone Jamie the manager Gave me as I like to call them "the warm and fuzzies". He was polite and very professional, extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and Give me suggestions. The site is clean and secure, I was impressed because of how you normally think about a self storage place, but this was beautiful well kept, clean and maintained. They got us in a unit that worked, didn't over sell or push, was just a great experience.
