Stay away, owner does not return calls and does not follow up on promises. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Barahk's Tree Service. Jody (owner) was hired by my neighbor to remove some pine trees on our property border. Jody asked if he could drive on my yard to make it easier to remove the trees. He assured me he would protect my lawn and not cause any damage. Unfortunately, my lawn was very torn up, had large ruts from the equipment, and had many chunks of missing grass. I approached Jody to discuss the lawn damage and to request a letter from him stating that he would fix my lawn after the tree work was finished (in the spring). Jody tried telling me the damage "wasn't bad", and after I insisted, he agreed to fix the lawn. I asked Jody to write down our agreement, so I could be assured he would live up to our agreement. Instead, Jody didn't write the agreement, won't return phone calls after many attempts, and refused to finish the job he started and was hired to do (by my neighbor). I was very concerned about taking a big tree down that was next to my foundation and lots of windows. I got lucky and found Barahk's Tree Service. Joe is the best. He does what he says he will do and is very courteous and concerned that you are happy with the results. They clean the area as if it were their own yard.
