The lack of oversight and fiduciary responsibility of this firm is unacceptable. The poor qualities are exhibited in extremely poor communication, an extreme lack of knowledge when dealing with complex trust and real estate laws. This would be the last law firm of choice and certainly a self representation would go much farther than being represented by Wisniowski and Sullivan. An issue as simple as properly writing out a will and resolving matters in probate can become a complete nightmare with this firm and how they manage a trust as the trustee is completely unlawful. ...read more

Very snippy attitude from the staff. It took them 2 months to do our taxes and when we mentioned that upon pickup---the response was that we can go somewhere else. 195$ paid and we weren't able to even sit down to talk about our return.
