Beware! I made reservations for a 7 night stay at a New York City hotel through this business last month, which I had to cancel less than 48 hours later due to a change in plans. Do NOT go to J & M Auto Body of Milford, CT. They lied to me about work that they did, which was never actually done or not done properly for the work I requested. The mechanic that worked on my car was rude and disrespecful and backed up by the owner, who further lied. They also over charged me, which I only discovered when I brought my car to a new shop that actually did the work I had requested to be completed to J & M. Do NOT use their services. ...read more
