I found the owner&staff to be very cold&unfriendly.They were eating deli out in the salon area!My stylist cut my hair about 3" too short&I had to keep telling her the blowdryer was too hot. She also took personal phone calls.It was clean&the prices are commensurate with the area. However, I will go back to NYC&gladly pay higher prices for a more professional, better&friendlier staff. I've read all the reviews on Total Indulgence from this site and others. When I'm impressed by something or someone, and other people have an entirely different view, I want to know what makes the diffence. I get expert service and results at Total Indulgence. The environment is different. It's not a 'salon factory'. Good relationships can be made and confidences kept. I look forward to being in a home like atmosphere.
