This place is sleezy and disgusts me on a human level. They towed my friends car who came to help me when my car had been towed. They refused to let his car go when we explained he had been there for 5 minutes to come pick me up. He had to pay 87$ to get his car released from the truck. These people are paid by commission so they have no sympathy for ANYONE even a friend coming to help out a 22 year old in a parking lot by herself at midnight. I would not recommend any company hire these people to tow cars on their property. They do not know right from wrong. I have had very bad service from this company. I initiated a contract with Whiteys three years ago, to tow cars from my property that did not live at my property. Each car was given a sticker. Since then, every car towed from my property has been a tenant. The tow truck drivers say that the cars don't have the sticker and tow them. I have had to personally go to whiteys to complain when I have seen them everyday on the cars. Also, I have cancelled the contract by mail and over the phone four times and they still come around once in a blue moon and tow my car. I would never recomend this company to anyone.
