I was very dissapointed by the service. I was led to believe brake service is 99 per axle for labor. This is correct except it doesnt mention steve charges twice what the pads should cost. The Technician left greasey fingerprints on my dash and floor. After service was completed I heard a rattling I brought it to another shop and found my lug nuts were lose on one side. Czako Automotive's labor rate is $81.00 per hour. That rate does not change unless a DISCOUNT is offered, and we offer them all the time! The previous post stating that Czako Automotive overcharged is false. Also, a tune up and brake job do NOT take several days to complete at any shop. Shame on them for writing such lies! I work only a few blocks away from Czako so thought I'd drop my car off to get a tune up and break job. Even though they initially said it would be ready they next day, I had to wait 3 days to get my car back! Even worse my car shock when ever I stepped on the breaks. I called and spoke to Steve about my concerns about driving the vehicle, he told me that I would most likely need my rotors replaced or resurfaced. He could not tell me why my car wasn't test driven before giving it back to me in that condition. I ended paying for over 3 hours of work at $96 an hour. I fell as though someone should have told me my rotors were bad. I had my rotors replaced at cross automotive and it cost half of what czacko charges for a tune up and change of brake pads.
