The only expertise that these people have is taking figures from you and plugging them into an accounting package - - hey, I could do that myself! Most of these people know even less about accounting than I do. They're disorganized, they have no idea what they're doing, and their attitudes are unbelievable. Every time I call them, I speak with someone new, because the last person I spoke with is gone. And oh, did the sales guy make a lot of promises? Well, he's a commissioned independent rep, and he didn't even know what he was taking about! Forget about this place and find a real accounting firm.....that's what I'm doing! ...read more
