Had very frustrating experience. In June, we placed an order with Dan for 40 t-shirts for our child’s party in September. We were told us we would have our shirts in mid-July - a 3-week turnaround period. We paid 50% down with the balance due upon completion. After 3 weeks, the shirts were not ready. We periodically called to check on the status, which was continuously pushed back with each time we called. During this time, Dan was very curt and he told us to stop calling him. After 2 months (2 weeks prior to the actual event), the t-shirts were STILL not ready! When we called again, he abruptly hung up on us. We were extremely frustrated so we contacted another vendor, then called to cancel order as well as refund our deposit. After attempts via phone, email and in-person, he has not given us our deposit back. We find his business approach completely unprofessional and unethical.
