I have been a customer for over 20 years. Tonite was an all time low. After a bad appetizer, and a refusal by management to make good on it -- our waitress added an 18% gratuity to our bill without our knowlege. When we questioned it, she claimed she thought our party of 5 was a party of 6. Not sure how she miscounted after serving 5 dinners and 5 drinks to 5 people. She went from a very generous tip from 3 former waitresses, to a zero tip for being so dishonest. Check your bill if you plan on dining here ...read more
