The salon is dirty, hair all over, the brushes and combs are kept in a dresser, the towels are disgusting and smell. The owner Dorothy took 3 phone calls from her daughter, making me wait each time. Her two students Erika and Meghan were both very friendly and helpful, they were cleaning up after Dorothy and answering the phone. The conversations Dorothy was having were offensive, rude, and loud! My hair cut was alright, but not what I wanted. Dorothy kept insisting she knew what I wanted but had she shut up for one second and actually listened maybe she would have done a better job. The person before me wanted blonde hair and ended up with orange hair- she was told its the medication she takes but she said she doesn't take any. This place is just a mess! ...read more

Just today I tried to book a birthday party here for my daughter.. I have been to Little Klippers twice with my daughter for hair cuts and once with a party my daughter attended. The owner asked if I was a client, I told her that we had been there twice, so yes... She then frowned at me and asked me how long ago... ?? I told her it had been about a year or so since our last visit,, (my daughter has been growing her hair out and it is nice and long now) She then told me that she only books parties for her clients and she was too understaffed to accommodate my daughter and I!!
