This office actually picks up the phone and answers your questions. If that means a LOT to you, then by all means use them. If you are willing to wait for a call back (usually within 24 hrs) I suggest that you use another service. These guys were great when Frank, (the previous owner) was around. This was our second time using the East Hampton location and we were impressed with the efficiency of the staff. The office scheduled a date for us within two days of our call and had all the information from our last service call so when Bob and Dave came I wouldn't even know they were there had I not looked out the window!!
