Thank you Joe, Helen and Matt for all our spa supplies. We have the most fragrent smelling spa in Goshen. Also would like to say thanks for the thermo spa top cover, no one could beat the price.. "You were right Joe" lowered our electric bill drastically. You are the most honest and stand up business man I have ever met. Good luck Matt, Joe, Helen and th Staff. Spring Approaches

Hello to all of our valued customers. As all pool owners in New England know, the time to deal with the swamp in your backyard formerly known as your swimming pool is quickly approaching. Hopefully your pool has not literally turned into a swamp, but most likely will require balancing chemicals like alkalinity increase or calcium hardness increase. In all likelihood you will also need to add an oxidizer to burn off all the organic debris that collected over the winter. In order to to be sure you add the appropriate amount, bring in a water sample for a free in-store water analysis, results usually available within 5 minutes.          Another suggestion I might offer is to schedule your pool opening early. If you wait until the week before Memorial Day weekend to call for your opening, it's very unlikely your pool will ready for any Memorial Day get togethers. On a happy note, we have decided to keep all pricing for pool service unchanged for 5th consecutive year.          As I write to all who read this I am enjoying a nice break in sunny California. Soon enough it's back to work for all of us at The Swimming Pool Store. We look forward to meeting (and hopefully exceeding) your pool needs for the 2011 season. As always do not hesitate to call our stop by if you need anything.  Matthew S Ashner   General Manager ...read more
