I paid her in full in cash after cashing out some of my 401k, in order to have her file our bankruptcy petition. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about after looking over all our paperwork until we paid and that's where it all went south. After paying her she kept coming up with excuse after excuse that we were going to have problems with the bankruptcy. Not only that but we could never get a hold of her over the phone after calling morning, noon and evening. We even tried to catch her at her office but she would keep the door locked and hide out and not answer the door. I ended up having to file a grievance with the State of CT. We hired John Barbieri out of New Britain and our petition was filed within a couple of weeks ...read more
