We are still waiting for our refund after one and a half months and following many phone calls, on a Black Label mattress that dipped in on us after only 2 months. We were informed by the inspector that 2-3 months is the average life of a Bob's mattress. And now fighting for our refund feels like they are playing a game and stealing our money.
