Had a new garage motor installed June 2017. First power occurred 11 months later. I discovered they had placed the manual cord with big knot in it so that I couldn't pull the release. After waiting 4 hrs. they showed up at 8:30 pm only to tell me that this cord hook up had not been part of the initial service. The owner stated that his employee never should have hooked it up in the first place. They wouldn't help nor work on at all and instead wanted me to buy a wired cord for $150!! I told them to leave. I'd give this company no stars if I could, but I have to give at least one. If this business operates anything like it's driver, you don't even want to call them. I was a passenger in a vehicle on 91N and this driver almost ran us off the road, weaving in and out of traffic at 80 miles per hour. Completely unsafe. I called the number on the back of the van, and the driver of the van is the person who answered! He didn't even identify the business. We happened to be next to the van and I saw him on the phone. I told him why I was calling - to identify a reckless driver in the company, when I realized he was the same person. He sped up to pass us, weaved in and out of traffic again to get on 84E and got off in East Hartford CT. I wouldn't trust a company that hires drivers that are that unsafe, and if he is the owner, forget it. Would you trust your home and money to someone who clearly doesn't care about anyone else or their safety????? ...read more

You have to call ADT now because they are the best in security systems. You have to see it for yourself. Just do not get bothered by the negative comments. It is usually for customers who have their own faults as well. ...read more
