Didn't stand behind their stain product on a hardwood floor that would not dry for 13 days. Sanded floor again and on the second application didn't dry for 12 1/2 days. Scrapped their stain product and used another brand with dried in 2 days and project was finally complete. Incurred an addition cost of $ 3,000 and Sherwin Williams denied any wrong doing saying the stain wasn't put on properly. 30 plus years my flooring contractor has been doing this. It was clearly to much pigment in the stain. Not happy and will never buy or recommend any Sherwin Williams products ever again. ...read more
