Collins and Main has a great atmosphere the minute you walk into the place. the decor is great right down to to copper sinks in the powder room. The presentation of the food and the flavor is outstanding, and definetly try the cheesecake.

Delicious dining in Sayville!
You will get a first rate meal here - delish! Jerry and Vincent are welcoming hosts with heart. Food presentation is outstanding. A versatile place - perfect for your lunch and dinner business clients - super lounge for cocktails yet great ambiance for intimate dinners with your sweetie. And when they do private room dinners (catering) I've seen that the quality is consistant from the first plate to the last.
