Tried to reedem a Living Social voucher I purchased, but they were a no show. A quick Google of the owner's name revealed criminal history for her and her husband. Living Social is refunding the cost of the vouchers and attempts are being made to charge the owner with theft (possible grand larceny depending on the total amount of money she received). ...read more

I purchased a voucher on Living Social and scheduled an appointment almost 2 months out. They had my cell and home phone numbers and my email and never bothered to contact me to let me know they were NOT coming! I can't reach them by phone because they never anser their phone and they never empty their voicemail box to receive new messages. I would never recommend them or plan on using them in the future! I had purchased a groupon for 4 hours of deep cleaning from this company. I called the company to schedule and redeem the voucher, it took the person one week and several emails to get back to me. At one point in time, the company's voice mail was full. Once that person got back to me, they were extremely booked and the next appointment available was 3 weeks out. Thirty minutes before my appointment, someone calls me and tells me the crew is running about 45 minutes to an hour behind and wanted to know if I would like to reschedule. I said no since I had waited so long for my appointment and it took them a week to back to me when I had originally called. Here it is, approximately 3 1/2 hours after the scheduled time and still no call or no show. I called the person to see what the deal was and there is no answer and now going straight to voicemail.
