Think twice about using this business. Liars and thieves! I was told (December 28, 2016) by the owner that a certain item will be ordered right after the new year (because of inventory)and be ready for pickup mid February, thought that was a long time but whatever i would deal with it. I called today ( February 24, 2017)and I talked to the SAME owner that I talked to on the 28th and come to find out my item was never even ordered???? Good way to do business, NOT. I went to this business to have patches made. They were very helpful in taking the 100$ down payment to get the work started. They told me that work would be completed in 2 weeks to a month. I called a month later and they acted as if they had no idea what i was talking about. I came down a presented them with the receipt, and they said they would get it done. Here it is two years later and they refuse to get patches done and will not refund me. Everytime I call or come in I am put on hold or pushed to the side. I am really pist. ...read more

I had 3 sets of drawings that I dropped off on a Tuesday to be scanned and have a disc mailed to our office. This never happened after numerous excuses. So I had them send the hard copy drawings by mail and forward me the tracking number. It's Monday and I still haven't received the drawings. They said they were sent 4 day Ground, when I stressed the need for same/next day air via Fed Ex. I called again and lady at the print shop had lost the tracking number. I have no idea if I'll ever get the drawings. Terrible experience. If I could Rate with Zero Stars I would. Always use Express Signs when in Pueblo from now on. ...read more
